The film centers around the same cast from the show (Bagel, Invader Rob, MattBoo, Doug, etc) attempting to thwart the plans of Order, a space terrorist organization who threatens to completely destroy the Fanonverse. However, along the way, Bagel meets Petra, a fellow FoodTopian who claims that the group is responsible for the fate of their destroyed homeworld. A space terrorist group known as Order, known for their large-scale attacks on small planets, begin attacking various planets in the Solar System, with Earth being their next target. When the group finally attacks Earth, the first location they strike appears to be New City, Oregon, home of famous "heroes" Bagel, Invader Rob, MattBoo, Doug, and others. When the heroes attempt to defend their town, they fail in their efforts and are captured by Order, who take them to a planet designed entirely as prison, located in an alternate universe. While being held prisoner, Bagel encounters another FoodTopian by the name Petra, who claims that Order is responsible for the destruction of their home planet. During a prison escape, Rob and the rest discover that Order plans to completely destroy the Prime Universe, and come up with a plan to take down the group, all while Bagel and Petra attempt to figure out what really happened to FoodTopia.
In the depths of space, a large spaceship appears in inside a galaxy filled with various planets. Inside the ship, nothing but a control panel can be seen. Suddenly, a hand appears and softy grabs onto a lever, pulling it. Outside the ship, a large cannon opens on the bottom of the ship, which begins shaking violently. It finally stops shaking when a gigantic, red lazer beam is fired out of it and onto one of the planets, completely destroying it. Inside the ship, we finally see who was at the control panel: a large Irken, who smirks at the sight of the planet exploding. Just then, other odd creatures enter the room and ask the Irken what their "next command" is. The Irken states "the Solar System".
