Homestuck: The Series is a American animated program based on an "adventure" on MS Paint Adventures. It first aired April 13, 2012, in honor of Homestucks's 3rd Anniveresry. The show is rated TV-PG-V-L, or TV-14-V-L

CharactersEdit

John Egbert- A human boy who goes with the flow, and is mostly happy.

Rose Lalonde-A human girl who is sort of on the darker side of life.

Dave Strider-A human boy who acts like the cool kid and is believed by his friends to be cool and ironic. He shows little emotion.

Jade Harley-A human girl who is happy basically all the time and is on the brighter, happier side of life.

Karkat Vantas-An Alternian troll boy with small, rounded horns. He is angry most of the time and dislikes having friends most of the time.

Gamzee Makara-An Alternian troll boy with large, curved, pointed horns. He goes with the flow and is basically calm all the time.

Terezi Pyrope-An Alternian troll girl with small, pointed horns who is blind. She is happy, and often playfully teases Karkat. She is obsessed with justice, chalk, dragons and licking/smelling things.

Sollux Captor-An Alternian troll boy with small, pointed horns. Unlike most trolls, he has four horns, probably because his favorite number is two. He is skilled with computers, has telekinesis/is a psionic, and enjoys the colors red and blue, which is probably due to his right eye being completely red and his left eye being completely blue.

Tavros Nitram-An Alternian troll boy with large, pointed horns. He is shy, quiet and not very confident. He believes in lots of stories that are the Alternian equivalent to Earth's fairy tales. He has the power to control and talk to Alternia's equivalent to animals. Both his legs are broken from an 'accident'.

Aradia Megido-An Alternian troll girl with ram-like horns. She does not usually show much emotion and she does not have many interests, though she was once very fond of Archeology. She can speak to the dead trolls of Alternia, and has a very good relation ship with them, causing her to be able to command them if she wants to.

Nepeta Leijon-An Alternian troll girl with wide, small horns. She is very cat-like and, using her sharp claws and teeth, takes down the very large beasts the inhabit the areas near her cave home. She often roleplays with Terezi through Pesterchum.

Vriska Serket-An Alternian troll girl with large horns that are both different from each other. She is mean and manipulative, and can control a few of the other trolls. She has Vision Eightfold, which allows her to see into her Magic Cue Ball, which can predict the future when you ask it a question. She is also in posession of the Fluorite Octet, which, with good luck, can summon a weapon.

Equius Zahhak-An Alternian troll boy with horns that resemble arrows. One is broken. He is the strongest of the group, and is talented at making robots.

Kanaya Maryam-An Alternian troll girl with two different horns. She is very interested in fashion, yet in not afraid to use her chainsaw if she needs to.

Eridan Ampora-An Alternian troll boy with horns that slightly resemble waves. He respects the Hemospectrum very much, and doesn't act very kindly to the others, especially Sollux.

Feferi Peixes-An Alternian troll girl with large, curved horns. She is heiress of the throne of Alternia, but she doesn't act like it and she doesn't like to be refered to her friends by anything having to do with 'heiress'. She is happy pretty much all the time, and enjoys spending time with her friends.

ReceptionEdit

Homestuck: The Series has received mixed to positive to new views, and has reached critical acclaim to the fans of the Homestuck website. A reviewer at IGN gave the show a 7.5 "Good" for the pilot episode.
